organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Involve some kind of a shared space<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have demonstrated a commitment to diversity on their leadership team<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Have experience organizing and leading impactful communities<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a clear need (not in a position to pay for all this stuff on their own!)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>TIMING<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span
