Our rooms are intended to be used for occasional phone calls and meetings. If you have a consistent need to be on the phone a lot, or take a lot of in-person meetings, we can work with you to ensure that your work doesn’t have too big of an impact on our limited private spaces.
How do I book a conference room?
For the mid-sized rooms, add your name to the markerboard on the glass outside the room you need. This gets erased every evening, so you get a fresh start first thing every day!
For actively subscribed DayTripper and Citizen members, the large conference room can be booked in advance online. Talk to someone at the front desk about access.
How long can I use a conference room for?
No more than two hours per day.
Conference rooms are one of the most scarce resources we have, so we all have to be extra vigilant about only using conference rooms when we really need them.
But I really need to have a conference room for more time!
If you consistently need private space more than two hours at a time, or are generally taking lots of phone calls and meetings, you might need to make use of a facility designed for those needs. We’d be happy to help try to point you in the right direction!
