Collaborative Campus strategy program

Get help making the big decisions.

Every shared space is a little bit different, but they all thrive for the same reasons.

We'll work with your team to implement proven best practices that will guide you to a successful project.

Let's talk

Building a better economy starts by gathering people.

OUR PROCESS

1

Discovery

We'll learn everything we can about your project, from your own involvement and intentions to the overall story of your city, the various stakeholders, and the spaces you might be interested in.

We'll conduct in-depth interviews with your team and review any existing documents you have to share.

2

Business model development

To build a successful space, we need to know that success is possible! We'll work with your team to discuss all of the proven potential business models, and put you on track to refine your approach down to one.

3

Strategy roadmapping

Drawing from our extensive collection of templates and worksheets, we'll craft a plan that takes you from the present day through 90 days past launch.

4

Adjust and refine

As you develop your project, you'll get more information. We'll work with you to use that information to make adjustments and continue to focus in on the best possible approach.
